You can edit entries in the local MMI memory any time.
Important: An address card must be open Fig. 1.
Turn the rotary pushbutton to Edit entry Fig. 1 and press the rotary pushbutton. The input menu will appear in the MMI display.
To edit the details of the entry, select an entry field with the rotary pushbutton and press to confirm.
Directory entries in the mobile phone or the SIM card memory cannot be edited directly in the MMI. To edit an entry from the mobile phone or SIM card, turn the rotary pushbutton to Copy for editing and press the rotary pushbutton. A copy of the entry will be stored in the local MMI memory.
Directory entries that have been edited cannot be updated automatically by the MMI in the connected mobile phone or SIM card. We recommend that you edit entries on a mobile phone or SIM card directly on the mobile phone.
